The Challenge
RPM, a family-owned business with 17 years in the Twin Cities, had an outdated custom site built by an agency that hadn't been kept up. It had generic copy, no service depth, and poor Lighthouse scores — and it didn't reflect the range of work they do across the metro.
The Solution
Full redesign and rebuild on Astro 5 with Tailwind CSS. 10 custom pages including 8 dedicated service pages with original copywriting, FAQ schema, and local SEO targeting. Jobber Client Hub integrated for quote requests. Sitemap, schema markup, and 301 redirects from all old URLs for a clean SEO handoff. Domain migrated to Netlify with zero downtime.
